How often can I print the file I purchased?

The file can only be printed once per purchase.

Will the file be stored on my computer?

No. The file will only be streamed to your printer. The purchase of the file only gives you the opportunity to print it and not to own the file itself.

How can I print without owning a 3D printer?

It‘s possible to let a third-party provider print the designs you bought.

Which 3D printers are compatible?

Please take a look at our list of compatible printers.

Where can I upload my files?

Through clicking on „Upload” you can upload your own files. You will be forwarded to the upload page where can use „Upload Model” to upload your designs.

Which requirements do my files need to meet?

The files should not contradict MAY-B’s terms of use. Please read our terms of use carefully before uploading.

Why has my design been blocked?

Files can be blocked when they contradict our terms of use or when they are defective and therefore cannot be printed correctly.

How will my commission be paid out?

Your commission will be disbursed via your PayPal account from 10€ onwards, unless a different agreement has been made.

Where is the difference between „Maker “and „Designer “?

“Maker” are users who can purchase files at MAY-B as well as stream and rate them. “Designer” describes users who can upload files in order to sell them and in addition have all the functionality of the “Maker”.

How do products get on MAY-B’s website?

The files are uploaded by the user group “Designer”.

Who can I contact when I have a faulty print?

In case that the print job does not start:

Please use our contact form or our E-Mail address to send us a picture of the faulty object. We will provide help as soon as possible.
